If you are a new patient please bring a valid Medicare Card and arrive 10 minutes before your consultation to complete a new Patient Registration Form. Alternatively you can access it online and bring to your next consultation.
Appointments for each patient are scheduled 10-15 minutes apart. Every effort will be made to accommodate your preferred time. Emergencies will be given priority.
Extended appointment times are available upon request. Please inform reception if your appointment pertains to minor surgery, medicals, work cover, pap screening, or test results, or if you need extended appointment.
We try to run our daily appointment schedule on time, but often there are urgent and complex cases which cause delays. Please check with reception if we appear to be running late. In an endeavor to provide the best medical care for all patients, we ask you to be understanding and co-operative in these instances.
We often have patients waiting for appointments, and so it is important to advise us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment time. Failure to cancel a doctor’s appointment may incur a fee.
